This book is very interesting. It explains and teaches us to unravel the non-verbal communication process. Every gesture translates an emotion or sentiment that does not always concur with the spoken words. This is always true for everyone wether it be an associate, customer, buyer, spouse, children, etc. It is most interesting to be able to read between the lines.


Guy Cabana certainly knows how to negotiate. This book will prove it! I really appreciated this book and the simple ways with which he explains the hidden psycological process behind every negotiations. We also find many small phrases that have a great impact and stays with us for a long time such as " In win-win negotiations, the sum of the hole is much greater than the sum of both parties." This book is a must read wor those who want to live in harmony.
